Spotted Pig was number 145 -- it was excellent. Lombardi's I went to in 2007 before I lived here.
Haven't tried Mesa Grill though -- I'll assume it's a recommendation and add it to the list :) You've been to NYC a bunch? You need to bring Mike out here!

Working on it ... off the cuff (and in no order): Spotted Pig, Momofuku Ko, Casa Mono, Hecho en Dumbo, and Snack.
